My kids were recently gifted smart alarm/ radio clocks and I am really impressed with their functionality in terms of setting reminders, alarms playing play lists. I really feel they would be great for prompting and setting routines in the elderly. There are many varieties out there. I have attached the one they have. They can be controlled from a central point and anyone that has access to the same network can submit broadcast messages.
