During 2022, the Project Scaffold founders worked together on a revision of the assessment tools at our disposal, with a view to being able to propose an approach to DSD and those in the sector, given the shortcomings in the DQ98 (the statutory form provided by DSD).
Several workshops were held and the results were made available to interested members of Project Scaffold.
We publish them here now, for all members to access, review, comment on and improve.

PLEASE NOTE: the official DQ98 remains the form required by DSD from all registered facilities.
